摘要
对中国电子产品再制造逆向物流的现状进行了研究,指出其发展过程中存在的问题,运用生产者延伸责任制(EPR)的核心思想,提出发展中国电子产品再制造逆向物流的对策与建议:强化废旧电子产品的回收意识,加强政策引导和经济激励,推行绿色设计,健全现代电子产品回收体系,建立电子产品回收的收费制度。
It analyzes Chinese electronic products and manufacturing of the present situation of reverse logistics, proposes the problems in the process of development, applies extended producer responsibility system, puts for- ward the countermeasures and suggestions for development of reverse logistics of Chinese electronic products manufacture. The suggestions includes recycling of waste electronic products, policy guidance and economic incentive, green design.
