摘要
为了满足高效节能冰箱压缩机的规模化生产要求,研制了一种高效节能压缩机阀片自动高速分选系统,该系统采用了精密与高速伺服系统,将阀片进行分张、输送;采用高精度的测量系统,对阀片的厚度进行精密测量;采用上位机对测量数据进行分档、归档,以达到对阀片的精密测量与分档。
In order to meet the high efficiency and energy saving of large - scale production requirements for refrgerator compressor, it designs a kind of automatic high - speed sorting system for compressor valve slice. This system uses the precision and high speed servo system to sort and transfer valve slice, applies high accuracy measuring system to measure the valve thickness, arranges computer to process data.
