摘要
目的以TiO_2/Fe^(3+)催化合成对硝基苯甲酸乙酯。方法用TiO_2/Fe^(3+)催化合成对硝基苯甲酸乙酯,产品通过MS检测,并用正交试验确定了其最佳反应条件。结果最佳反应条件为:酸醇摩尔比为1∶6,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为2h,收率达88%。结论该法能顺利实现对硝基苯甲酸和乙醇的酯化。
Objective Ethyl 4-nitrobenzoate was synthesized catalyzed by TiO2/Fe3+. Methods Eth- yl 4-nitrobenzoate was synthesized catalyzed by TiO2/Fe3+ and tested by mass spectrum, the optimal conditions were confirmed by orthogonal tests. Results the optimal conditions were that the experiment yield is up to 88% when the temperature is 90℃, the reaction time is 2 hours, and the p-nitrohenzolc aeid:EtOH is 1:6. Conclusion TiO2/Fe3+ can catalyze the esterification reaction effectively.
