中药配方治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性

Clinical study on therapy in age-related macular degeneration by Guangminliangjingsan

目的观察光明亮睛散治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的疗效。方法确诊为年龄相关性黄斑变性患者60例82只眼,采用专病专方治疗,观察治疗前后对患者的视力、眼底照相、荧光素眼底血管造影检查情况。结果显效12眼,有效43眼,无效27眼,总有效率67%。结论应用光明亮睛散治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性有较好的效果,可显著提高视功能。

Objective Observe the curative effect of age-related macular degeneration treated by Guangmingliangjingsan. Methods With Special disease cures, observe the alteration fundus lesions of pre- treatment and post-treatment by fundus color photography, fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA） in the 82 eyes of 60 patients with AMD. Results 12eyes were with significant curative effect,43eyes got improved and 27eyes were unimproved,total effective rate was 67%. Conclusion Guangnfingliangjingsan was better effect for treat- ment of AMD and promoted visual acuity significantly.
