Correlation between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung carcinoma

摘要 以人群为基础的研究、肺癌筛查、流行病学调查、病例对照研究、以及生物学机制研究等都发现慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease，COPD）与肺癌之间存在特殊的相关性。在吸烟人群中，肺功能异常以及CT检测到肺气肿是肺癌及其最终预后的重要危险因素。
