在五四以来的新文学家中 ,周作人是最重视和关心儿童、儿童文学问题的。本文通过对周作人早年的重要文集《自己的园地》的分析 ,探究了周作人重视儿童、儿童文学问题思考的缘由 ,以及这种思考在他的“人学”观中的意义。可以说 ,周作人始终把儿童、儿童文学问题与“人”的问题紧密相连 ,儿童、儿童文学的思考是他对“人”自身全面认识的一个不可分割的组成部分 ,在他的“人学”观中具有特殊意义。也正因此 ,周作人才始终热衷于儿童、儿童文学的思考、研究。
