广枣七味散、十三味槟榔散、沉香四味散抗抑郁作用的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:研究广枣七味散、十三味槟榔散、沉香四味散的抗抑郁作用。方法:采用小白鼠自主活动实验,小白鼠悬尾、强迫游泳实验,小白鼠利血平拮抗实验来观察3种蒙药复方的抗抑郁作用。结果:与对照组比较,氟西汀组,广枣七味散大、小剂量组,十三味槟榔散大、小剂量组,沉香四味散大、小剂量组均能明显缩短小鼠悬尾实验及强迫游泳实验的不动时间;亦均可拮抗利血平引起的小鼠眼睑下垂、体温下降;但对小鼠自主活动无明显影响;且3种蒙药复方的上述作用与氟西汀组比较无显著性差异。结论:广枣七味散、十三味槟榔散、沉香四味散均有抗抑郁作用,其抗抑郁作用可能与单胺类神经递质有关。 Objective:To study the anti -depressive effect of Guangzaoqiwei Powder(GZQWP) Shisanweibinlang Powder( SSWBLP) and Chenxiangsiwei Powder(CXSWP). Methods:Using the automatic experiment, forced swimming test and tail suspension test, and reserpine mice model, the antidepressant effect of GZQWP , SSWBLP and CXSWP was observed. Results: Compared with control group, Fluoxetine group , GZQWP , SSWBLP and CXSWP whether in large or small dose all significantly shortened the immobility time in the TST and FST, but they did not notably affected the independent activites of the mice; The above - mentioned drugs all prevented the symptom of eyelid ptosis , and hypothermia induced by reserpine in the mice; Compared with Fluoxetine group,there was no obvious difference in the GZQWP , SSWBLP and CXSWP( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclussion: GZQWP , SSWBLP and CXSWP have the anti - depressive effect, but have no effect of exciting the central nervous system. The anti - depressive effect of them have no obvious difference each other. The action mechanism is possibly related to monoamine neurotransmitters.
