肠梗阻维吾尔医异常体液分型与肠CT征象变化的研究

Research of Uighur medical abnormal Hilit points of patients with the Intestinal obstruction and change of Bowel CT signs

目的:探讨肠梗阻患者维吾尔医异常体液分型与肠CT征象变化的关系。方法:通过对83例维吾尔医异常体液引起的肠梗阻患者的年龄、病变、梗阻部位研究,分析异常体液引起的肠梗阻患者证候与肠CT征象变化的关系。结果:肠梗阻维吾尔医异常体液不同分型患者的年龄、病变、梗阻部位差异均有统计学意义。肠梗阻患者维吾尔医异常体液分型与肠CT征象变化存在一定关系。结论:维吾尔医异常体液证候分类有其病理基础及CT特征。参考上述指标,对肠梗阻患者进行维吾尔医异常体液分型有利于临床的辨证与治疗。

Objective：To explore relationship between the Uighur medical abnormal Hilit points with intestinal obstruction patients and with the change of bowel CT signs. Methods： Through the 83 cases of uighur medical burned Hilits of intestinal obstruction pa- tients＇age, parting lesions, obstruction parts were researched, the relationship between the cause abnormal Hilit intestinal obstruc- tion patients syndrome and the change of bowel CT signs was analyzed. Results： The different of age, parting lesions, obstruction parts of intestinal obstruction patients between Uighur medical abnormal Hilit points were statistically significant. There were some relations between the Uighur medical abnormal Hilit points with intestinal obstruction patients and the change of bowel CT signs. Conclusion： Uighur medical burned Hilit syndrome classification has own pathological basis and CT characteristics. The reference about the above indexes for patients with intestinal obstruction Uighur medical burned Hilit parting, it is beneficial for clinical syn- drome differentiation and treatment.
