蒙医辨证论治痤疮84例临床报告

Clinical Report about Mongolian Medical Dialectical Theory for Eighty-four Cases of Acne Treatment

按照蒙医理论对痤疮进行辨证论治,从蒙医药传统药方中选用敖必德森-古日古木-13、讷木若土古日古木-13、查干古古勒-10、孟根乌苏-18、乌兰-13、森登-4汤、沙日毛都-2、额尔敦-乌日勒、嘎日迪-15、沙日汤、苏格木勒-7等药治疗痤疮84例临床观察,其中显效42例,占50%;有效35例,占41.6%;无效7例,占8%,总有效率为91.6%。结论:用蒙药辨证论治痤疮疗效满意,并且毒副作用小,复发率低等优点。

According to the Mongolian medical dialectical theory of acne treatment, it selected the Aobidesengurigumu -13, the Namuruotugurigumu - 13, the Chagangugule - 10, the Menggenwusu - 18, the Wulan - 13, the Sendeng - 4, the Sarimaodu - 2, the Eerdunwurile, the Garidi- 15, the Sanzisan, and the Sugemule -7 etc. from the Prescription of traditional Mongolian medi- cine, to treat eighty - four cases of ache as the clinical observation. Through the observation, forty - two cases have the apparent effect, which are 50% of whole cases; thirty - five cases are effective cases, which are 41.6% of whole; and seven cases have no any affection, which are 8% of whole. The total rate of effect cases are 91.6%. Conclusion： Due to the clinical observation, the Mongolian medical dialectical theory of acne treatment has achieved an effective treating result and has advantages of little toxic side effect and low relapse rate.
