摘要
目的:探讨新护士岗前规范化培训的方法及效果。方法:针对不同文化程度的新护士进行有计划的规范化培训,主要有规章制度、护理软技能、护理操作技能的培训。结果:通过培训为护理从业者打下坚实的护理工作基础,提高了新护士的综合素质,从而提高了医院的整体护理水平。结论:新护士岗前规范化培训有利于新护士尽快适应临床环境,促进新护士的专业成长和发展。
Objective: to explore the methods and effects of standardization training to new nurses being before quarters. Methods: there is a planned standardization training to nurses with different degree of education, mainly including rules and regulations, and the cultivation of nursing care soft skills. Results:give the nursing care practitioners solides nursing work foundation, promote the comprehensive quality of new nurses, and promote nursing level in the whole hospital Conclusion:The training to the new nurses before quarters is beneficial to the new nurses adapting to the clinic environment as early as possible and to promotion of profession and development.
