目的:探讨新护士岗前规范化培训的方法及效果。方法:针对不同文化程度的新护士进行有计划的规范化培训,主要有规章制度、护理软技能、护理操作技能的培训。结果:通过培训为护理从业者打下坚实的护理工作基础,提高了新护士的综合素质,从而提高了医院的整体护理水平。结论:新护士岗前规范化培训有利于新护士尽快适应临床环境,促进新护士的专业成长和发展。

Objective： to explore the methods and effects of standardization training to new nurses being before quarters. Methods： there is a planned standardization training to nurses with different degree of education, mainly including rules and regulations, and the cultivation of nursing care soft skills. Results：give the nursing care practitioners solides nursing work foundation, promote the comprehensive quality of new nurses, and promote nursing level in the whole hospital Conclusion：The training to the new nurses before quarters is beneficial to the new nurses adapting to the clinic environment as early as possible and to promotion of profession and development.
