摘要 1概述及流行病学 下肢深静脉血栓形成（deepvenous thromboemb—olism，DVT）与肺栓塞（pulmonary embolism，PE），已成为仅次于冠状动脉疾病与脑血管疾病的第三大心血管疾病，具有较高的发病率。美国急性DVT的发病率高达1／1000^[1]，而我国近年来未进行大规模的相关流行病学调查。在解剖学上，
