认识信息需求是所有信息查找?信息使用和信息创造的起点,如果没有明确的信息需求,就不可能有正确的信息查找策略和行动,就不能对读者的信息需求做出明确的判断,对待用户的需求应该从动态的角度出发,根据用户信息需求的变化制定、调整服务策略,才能切实做好这项工作。调查目的是希望通过调查了解高校图书馆用户的特点、用户对学校信息资源和个性化服务的意见及用户信息素养现状。
