论高校图书馆员职业化建设

On the Construction of Librarian Professionalization in University Library

随着图书馆事业的发展,图书馆员走向职业化是历史的选择,也是加快高校图书馆发展的必然选择。然而目前图书馆员职业化的现状并不理想,除了图书馆员自身的主观因素外,外部不够完善的制度环境和在职培训机制以及存在着严重分歧的职业认识都是影响图书馆员职业化发展的主要障碍,由此,提出了提高高校图书馆员职业化建设的策略。

With the development of library, it＇ s a historical choice for the librarians to become professionalized. It＇ s also the inevitable outcome of the development of university library. But at present the librarian＇s professionalization is not ideal. In addition to librarians＇ subjective factors outside, the system environment, training mechanism, and different attitudes to the careers are all factors to prevent the librarians＇ professionalization from developing. Thus, we put forward the strategies to improve the construction of librarian professionalization in university library.
