Reflections on the Sustainable Development Strategic Positioning of the Henan History and Local Records Cause

目前河南史志事业的发展面临着三大趋势、三大挑战和三大更高要求。在这样的背景下,为了保证史志事业的可持续发展,有七个必须坚持的原则,同时要做到"志、鉴、刊、报、网、库、馆、研、用"九个方面协调发展,切实处理好史志事业发展过程中的十大关系,树立战略思维观念,为史志事业长远发展确立战略目标,以创新精神推动河南省史志事业科学发展。要实现河南省史志事业的可持续发展,必须实施"三位一体"的发展战略,具体而言就是加强队伍建设,强化基础保障,创新史志成果。

Currently the development of the Hanan history and local records cause is faced with three big trends,three big challenges,and three higher requirements. Under such backgrounds,to guarantee sustainable development of the history and local records cause,we must stick to seven principles,realize coordinated development from nine aspects including'local records,yearbooks,magazines,newspapers,websites,archives,museums,research,and application',concretely and correctly deal with ten relations in the process of the development of history and local records cause,establish strategic thinking and concepts,set strategic goals for the future development of the history and local records cause,and push forward the scientific development of the history and local records cause of Henan Province with innovative spirits. To realize sustainable development of the Henan history and local records cause,the development strategy of'three-in-one'mustbe implemented,specifically speaking,the strengthening of team building,the reinforcing of basic safeguards,and innova-ting history and local records achievements.
