CA6140杠杆加工工艺分析

摘要 CA6140杠杆零件起支承、固定作用的,其主要加工面是平面及孔;遵循先面后孔的加工原则,以杠杆Φ45 mm外圆面作为粗基准,以Φ25 mm孔及其下表面作为精基准,确定了工艺路线,每一道工序又分为粗加工和精加工工步,确定各工步的加工余量,保证加工精度;选用组合机床和专用及组合夹具以实现零件的加工工艺过程,为后续工艺过程的实施提供理论依据。 The effect of CA6140 Lever spare parts was support and fixed, its main processing surface was the plane surface and hole; According to the machining principle of the surface after the hole, there was determined the Process route, based on the rough basis of Lever's ~45 mm outer circle surface, and the precise basis of q525 mm holes and lower surface, at the same time each proeedure was divided into roughing and finishing, and identified machining allowance of each step, to ensure the machining accuracy; there had achieved parts' machining process by selecting of combined machine tool and special or eombinated fixture, to provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up process
