摘要
根据五菱柳机动力公司制造的发动机缸体的特点,研究了缸孔芯制芯工艺的优化设计方案,并着重介绍其芯盒本体、射砂方向、射砂口等结构的优缺点。
According to the characteristics of the engine cylinder block manufactured by our factory, the optimized design scheme of the cylinder hole core-making process is studied. And the virtues and defects of the structures are emphatically introduced, such as core box ontology, the direction of Shooting sand ,the Shooting entrance and so on.
