针对工程机械运用与维护专业建设面临的问题,以服务地方经济为目标,进行深度校企合作,面向"营销商"、"代理商"、"供应商"和"生产技术工人"等岗位,按企业需求建设专业、设置课程、建设师资团队,确保工程机械运用与维护专业人才培养符合社会需要。
Basing on the job demand and market research of the company, and taking the service of the local economy into account, College mad Caterpillar conducted in-depth school-enterprise cooperation. Aiming at "marketers", "agents", "suppliers" and "production technology workers" positions, and according to the need of the company, we set up the courses and constructed specialties, and ensured the talent training of the Use and Maintenance of Engineering Machinery to meet the social needs.
