摘要
应用能量反馈型变频调速是煤矿绞车提升系统中发展应用的一种趋势,它不仅可以实现提升绞车的恒加速和恒减速控制,而且避免了转子串电阻调速造成的能量消耗,因此在防止提升绞车过卷或过放、叉道和弯道脱轨等事故中有着无比的优越性。本文较为详细叙述提升绞车变频调速节能改造和使用效果。
the application of the energy feedback type variable frequency speed regulation is mine hoist system in the development and application of a kind of trend, it can realize the constant acceleration and hoist constant deceleration control, and avoid the rotor series resistance speed causes energy consumption, therefore in the prevention of hoisting winch rolls over or over discharge, fork and comers derailment accidents are incomparable superiority. This paper describes the winch frequency control for energy saving and using effect.
