摘要
智障青少年的社会交往能力低下,严重阻碍着他们融入社会、独立生活,而小组工作方法是培养智障青少年社会交往能力的一种十分有效的方法。从社会工作的专业视角出发,依据智障青少年的相关特点,结合小组工作实践,归纳小组活动的方法、步骤和注意事项,并提出了相关建议。
The poor social-interaction ability of mentally disabled teenagers has seriously prevented them from living an independent life and being accepted by society. Group work method is an effective way to improve their social-interaction ability. Based on a professional perspective of social work in accordance with the characteristics of mentally disabled teenagers, this paper discusses the use of group" work method to develop their social interaction skills. On the basis of actual practice, if summarizes the methods, processes and special points for attention, and puts forward related suggestions to achieve the goal.
