和谐校园视野下教师提高自身素养的思考

Improving the Teachers' Qualities in Light of the Building of a Harmonious Campus

学校在加强和谐校园建设过程中,必须重视教师的地位与作用,重视加强教师自身的素养。教师个人的素养水平直接关系到学生培养的质量及学校未来的发展,体现着学校的品位和核心竞争力。在对教师文化素养现状与和谐校园建设的关系进行分析的基础上,提出了教师加强自身素养的一些建议。

In strengthening the building of a harmonious campus, colleges and universities should pay due attention to the status and role of their teachers, and try all means to improve the teachers＇ qualities. The teachers＇ quality is directly related to the quality of students and the future development of the school. It also represents the quality and core competence of the school. Based on an analysis to the status quo of the qualities of university teachers and its relationship to the building of a harmonious campus, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of college teachers＇ overall qualities.
