新生儿窒息合并暂时性心肌缺血临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析新生儿窒息合并暂时性心肌缺血的疗效及预后。方法:对2010年1月—2010年12月间收治的新生儿窒息合并暂时性心肌缺血的70例患儿的病例资料进行临床分析。结果:治疗前后血清心肌酶谱及肌钙蛋白测定均明显下降,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论:新生儿窒息合并暂时性心肌缺血经7~10d治疗,疗效显著,预后良好。
