产科护患纠纷及其防范初探

Obstetric nurse-patient disputes and its prevention

目的:提高产科护士预防及处置护患纠纷的能力。方法:首先由科主任介绍近期国内发生的护患纠纷案例;其次由产科护士介绍产科工作存在的问题;最后总结出防范护患纠纷的方法。结果:使产科护士预防及处理护患纠纷的能力明显提高。结论:通过预防护理纠纷培训,使产科护理纠纷明显降低。

Objective ：To improve the ability of preventing and dealing with the nurse-patient disputes m obstetric nurse. Methods ：Firstly current internal nurse-patient disputes case was introduced by the director of nurses ;problem in the people＇s hospital of dingtao county was introduced by nurses;finally the methods of preventing nurse-patient disputes was summed. Results：The ability of preventing and dealing with the nurse-patient disputes in obstetric nursewas significantly improved. Conclusion：Through preventing nurse-patient disputes traning ,the nurse-patient dis- putes significantly reduced,the hospital is worth learning.
