摘要将提高教师教育技术迁移能力作为高校教师教育技术培训的目标,有助于提升教师的教育技术素养,促使教学创新和自身专业化发展。对教师教育技术迁移能力的培养,需充分激发教师的迁移动机,结合灵活多样的培训方式,营造迁移的良好氛围,促进教师教育技术迁移能力有效实现。
