摘要
采用ANSYS软件建立了带钢在精轧机入口导板衬板上运动的模型,并根据不同的来料厚度、轧件速度、衬板与轧制线高度值进行动力学仿真分析。分析结果表明,随着来料厚度的增大、轧件速度的增大、衬板与轧制线高度值的减小,带钢受到的作用力增大,衬板受到的冲击力增大。研究结果为导板衬板的改进提供重要参考依据。
A model of strip on FM entry side guide is established using software ANSYS. The dynamical simulations are calculated by different thickness, speed, highly value between rolled pass line and liner. The results show that with the increase of thickness and speed, the decrease of highly value between rolled pass line and liner, the impact of guide liner is increased. The simulation provides an important reference for the improvement of the guide liner.
