摘要
为满足智能电网配用环节的业务接入需求,海盐县供电局采用分时长期演进技术,建设了面向配电自动化、负荷控制、配变在线监测、用电信息采集等业务应用的230 MHz电力无线宽带通信系统。该系统具有载波聚合、正交频分多址、自适应重传、同频组网等技术特点,较好地解决了电力业务的宽带传输、大容量接入、可靠性、扩展性等问题。文章介绍了系统建设及应用情况,提出系统建设的关注点和演进方向。目前该系统已稳定运行一年半。
To meet the need of the business access for smart grid distribution link, Haiyan power supply bureau has built a private wireless communication system on 230 MHz, based on TD-LTE technology, for power distribution automation, power load controlling, distribution transformer online monitoring, power usage information collection, and so on. The system has a carrier polymerization, orthogonal frequency division multiple access, adaptive retransmission, same frequency networking technologies. It is a better way to solve the electric power business broadband transmission, large capacity access, reliability, expansibility. This paper introduces its building and application, and proposes some focus of system construction and its evolution direction. The system has worked well for about one year and a half.
