摘要
传统的输电线路运行维护中,采用人工定期巡检方式难以做到对线路的全天候、广覆盖的监视。文章提出一种基于3G无线网络的输电线路视频监视系统的实现方法,分析了系统中的关键技术。该方法实现简便,造价低廉,能解决输电线路运行维护中人工巡检劳动强度大、人员不足等突出问题,具有推广应用价值。
In the operation and maintenance of traditional transmission lines, it is difficult to achieve all-weather, wide coverage inspection through the manual polling method. This paper presents a method based on 3G wireless network transmission lines video monitoring system, analyzes the key technology of system. The method is simple, low cost, to solve the outstanding problems that manual inspection with large labor intensity and inadequate staffing in transmission lines operation and maintenance have the value of promotion application
