摘要
车辆在轻载滑行过程中,由于没有与动力源切断,往往会消耗大量的能源。对置于汽车驱动桥末端的一种新型机械节能装置——驱动桥半轴离合器进行了研究,并对其结构和工作原理进行了综合分析和性能实验。通过对汽车轻载滑行工况的研究分析,构建了汽车轻载时的滑行方程,并进行实际道路试验,分析了驱动桥半轴离合器半轴的强度和刚度。结果表明,半轴的强度和刚度并没有明显下降,且该装置具有显著的节能效果。
Vehicles in light-load sliding process,because of not cutting off with the power source,tend to consume large amounts of energy.In this paper,a new type of energy-saving assembly-shaft clutch-on the end of the vehicle driving axle was introduced;its structure and working principle were analyzed and the performance tests were conducted.By analysis of vehicles light-load sliding conditions,the sliding equations were build;actual road test were performed and the strength and stiffness of the drive axle shaft clutch were analyzed.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the axle are of little degradation,and the assembly has a significant energy-saving effect.
