摘要
目的观察普米克令舒加万托林雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的作用。方法将94例支气管哮喘患儿分为治疗组和对照组进行临床观察,治疗组给予常规治疗加雾化治疗,对照组仅给常规治疗,疗效评定。结果治疗组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过普米克令舒联合万托林雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作能明显减轻症状,不良反应小,值得推广。
Objective To observe therole of ChapumikemakeShugarventolinaerosol inhalationto treat children withacute asthma. Methods Divided 94 cases of bronchial asthma intotreatmentgroup and control groupsfor clinical observation, thetreatment group gave conventional therapyandatomizing therapy,control group onlygaveconventional treatment,efficacy evaluation. Results The treatmentgroupcomparedwiththecontrol group,the differencewas statistically significant（PM0.05）. Conclusion Make Shujoint Ventolin Pulmicortinhalation therapyto treat acute asthma attack in childrencan significantly reducesymptoms, side effects, worthfor promotion.
