完善术前访视在手术室护理中的效果观察

目的探讨完善术前访视在手术室患者中的应用效果。方法我院择期手术的患者100例随机分为2组,对照组给予术前常规访视。实验组患者给予完善的术前访视。评价2组患者在护理干预后的焦虑抑郁状态。结果实验组患者护理干预后的焦虑和抑郁状态更低,其差异十分明显,P<0.05。结论采用完善的手术前访视在手术室患者中应用,能够有效改善患者的焦虑抑郁状态,提高护理工作满意度。

Objective To investigate the improvement in the operating room preoperative visit patients in the application results. Methods The hospital for elective surgery 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group received routine preoperative visit. Experimental group were treated with complete preoperative visit.Patients were evaluated after the intervention in the care of anxiety and depression.Results The patient care after the intervention of lower anxiety and depression,the difference is very significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion perfect pre-operative visit patients in the operating room applications,can improve the patient＇s anxiety and depression, improve care and job satisfaction.
