摘要
目的探讨妥泰药物治疗儿童癫痫的临床效果。方法对于2010年5月至2010年12月收治我院的50例癫痫儿童实施单方妥泰治疗。结果无效10例(20%),发作减少50%的儿童12例(24%),发作减少75%的儿童15例(30%),完全控制发作的儿童13例(26%),总有效率为80%。结论妥泰治疗儿童癫痫效果明显,疗效确切。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of the drug topiramate for the treatment of childhood epilepsy. Methods From 2010 May to 2010 December 50 childhood epilepsy cases in our hospital were treated with unilateral topiramate. Results The total efficiency of 80%.Conclusion Topiramate in treatment of childhood epilepsy can create obvious curative effect.
