综合护理在小儿腹泻治疗中的作用

Application of Comprehensive care for Children with Diarrhea

目的探讨综合护理在小儿腹泻治疗中的临床效果。方法选择我院2010年6月至2011年9月住院的腹泻患儿98例,随机分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=49),对照组给予常规基础护理,观察组给予病情观察、心理、消毒隔离、饮食、皮肤、健康等方面综合护理,对比观察2组患儿护理后症状变化及临床效果。结果观察组退热时间、止泻时间分别为(1.35±0.24)h、(2.67±0.47)h,对照组为(2.48±0.58)h、(3.82±0.39)h,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.84%,对照组为73.47%,2组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理干预能明显提高腹泻患儿治疗效果,缓解患儿临床症状,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing for children with diarrhea. Methods ANinety-- eight children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to September 2011 were divided into observation groups（n=49） and control group（n=49）.The control group was received routine basic nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The clinical effect was observed and compared between the two groups.Results The days of defervescence and diarrhea time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （1.35 ± 0.24）VS,（2.48 ±0.58）h;（2.67 ± 0. 47）VS（3.82±0.39）h,P〈0.05.The total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group （91.84% VS 73.47%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective to alleviate clinical symptoms and improve the treatment result in children with diarrhea,which is worthy of promoting.
