鼠神经生长因子对面神经炎疗效的肌电图分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:利用肌电图检查评估鼠神经生长因子对普通面神经炎及面神经炎并发糖尿病或疱疹病毒感染患者的疗效。方法:符合诊断标准的面神经炎患者115例随机分为普通治疗组58例,其中并发糖尿病13例,并发疱疹9例,给予常规治疗;生长因子组57例,其中并发糖尿病14例,并发疱疹7例,在常规治疗基础上增加鼠神经生长因子治疗;疗程均28d。治疗前后运用肌电图检测并比较各组患者的面神经复合肌动作电位(CMAP)波幅及瞬目反射R1潜伏期。结果:生长因子组患者的CMAP波幅恢复及R1潜伏期的缩短均较普通治疗组明显(P<0.05),这种优势在并发糖尿病及疱疹的患者中仍然明显(P<0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子治疗面神经炎有效,特别是对面神经炎并发糖尿病及疱疹的患者。 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of murine nerve growth factor (NGF) in the treatment of facial paralysis and those complicated with diabetes or herpesvirus infection. Methods: One hundred and fifteen facial paralysis patients were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the conventional therapy group (n = 58),in which 13 complicated with diabetes and 9 complicated with herpesvirus infection,received conventional therapy for facial paralysis. Patients in the NGF group (n=57),in which 14 complicated with diabetes and 7 complicated with herpesvirus infection, received conventional therapy plus intramuscular injection of NGF for facial paralysis. The course of the treatment lasted for 28 days. The amplitude of compound muscle action potentials (CMAP) and the latency periods of the R1 wave in blink re- flex were compared between two groups pre- and post-treatment. Results: Patients in the NGF group, including those complicated with diabetes or herpesvirus infection showed a better improvement in the amplitude of CMAP (P〈0.05) and latency period of the R1 wave (P〈0.05) relative to those in the conventional therapy group. Conclusion: NGF is effective to treat facial paralysis, especially for those complicated with diabetes or herpesvirus infection.
