乙型脑炎核酸疫苗的研究进展
摘要
流行性乙型脑炎(epidemic encephalitis)是由黄病毒科(flaviridae)黄病毒属乙型脑炎病毒引起的一种严重威胁人畜健康的急性中枢神经系统传染病,是重要的人畜共患病及虫媒病毒病。该病对猪的致死率不高,但能引起怀孕母猪发生流产、产死胎和木乃伊胎,公猪发生睾丸炎,育肥猪持续高热,仔猪常呈脑炎症状,对养猪业危害严重。目前,预防乙型脑炎病毒感染的疫苗有灭活疫苗和减毒活疫苗,但灭活疫苗存在注射剂量大、效果不稳定、免疫力不持久等不足;我国研制的减毒活疫苗虽然保护性好,但活苗有可能出现毒力反强、带毒、排毒、垂直传播、核酸重组等现象,而且通过常规的血清学方法检查一般与自然感染无法区分;因此,人们设法利用生物技术开发新型基因工程疫苗以克服现有疫苗的缺点。核酸疫苗作为疫苗家族的新成员有许多优点,笔者仅就乙型脑炎病毒核酸疫苗的研究现状作一综述。
