饲料中添加构树叶对1~9周龄蛋鸡新城疫和H5N1亚型(Re-4株和Re-5株)禽流感抗体的影响 被引量:11

摘要 为了研究饲料中添加构树叶对1~9周龄蛋鸡新城疫和禽流感H5N1亚型(Re-4株和Re-5株)抗体的影响,试验测定了海兰灰雏鸡的新城疫和H5N1亚型(Re-4株和Re-5株)禽流感抗体效价。结果表明:在3~9周龄时,与对照组相比,添加1.5%和2.0%构树叶组新城疫抗体效价均有不同程度的提高。在4~9周龄时,与对照组相比,添加1.5%和2.0%构树叶组H5N1亚型(Re-4株和Re-5株)禽流感抗体水平均有不同程度的提高。 To study the effects of adding the leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera to the feed on the antibodies of Newcastle disease (ND) and avian influenza (AI) HSN1 subtype ( Re -4 and Re -5 strain) of 1 - to 9 - week - old layers, six hundred l - week - old Hy - line chicks were randomly divided into three groups with four replicates in each group: the control group fed with basal diet, the experimental group one (fed with adding 1.5% leaves of Broussonetia papyrifera to the basal diet) and the experimental group two (fed with 2% leaves of Broussonetia pa- pyrifera to the basal diet). Tile antibody titers to ND and AI H5N1 (Re-4 and Re-5 strain) were determined from the blood samples every week. The results showed that the antibody titers to ND in the two experimental groups were both higher than that of in the control group at the age of 3 to 9 weeks. The antibody titers to AI HSN1 ( Re -4 and Re -5 strain) in the two experimental groups were both higher than that of in the control group at the age of 4 to 9 weeks.
