光周期和温度对黄瓜品种‘C09-123’性别分化的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以黄瓜品种‘C09-123’为试材,采用植物光照培养箱进行植株培养,利用实体解剖镜观察黄瓜主茎上的雌雄花表现,以探明光周期和温度对黄瓜性别分化的影响。结果表明:低夜温是影响黄瓜‘C09-123’雌性形成的主导因素,光周期影响不明显;12℃的低温条件有利于‘C09-123’雌花形成;在24℃的高温条件下,‘C09-123’在10节内只形成雄花,不形成雌花。 In this study, the 'C09-123 ' were the investigation growth of male and female flowers on the main stem. Flower bud differentiation was observated by physical dissection microscope to explore the temperature and photoperiod on the impact of sex differentiation of cucumber. The results showed that the temperature and photoperiod on sex differentiation of cucumber had an impact, and temperature on the sexual differentiation of cucumber than photoperiod. The 12℃ produced the most female flowers,and the 24℃ produced no female flowers.
