摘要 以常夏石竹种子为外植体,获得无菌苗后进行试管开花试验,研究植物激素对试管苗开花的影响。结果表明:植物激素影响常夏石竹试管花形成发育,以KT 0.5mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L为促进试管苗开花的最适激素浓度组合;在培养基中加入活性炭,试管苗开花率提高;营养水平不同对开花有影响,半量MS培养基利于试管开花;光周期对常夏石竹试管苗开花没有影响。 Taking the seeds of Dianthus plurnarius as explants,the flowering in vitro were studied. The results showed that plant hormones had effect on the development of flowering. The optimal media for flowering was KT 0. 5 rag/L+ IAA 0. 5 nag/L. The medium with activated carbon was more appropriate for flowering. Flowering would be affected by different nutritional levels. It was favorable to halve the element MS medium. It had no effect on the development of flowering by changing the photoperiod for Dianthus plumarius.
