摘要
本试验主要检测抗病毒药物(金刚烷胺、利巴韦林、盐酸阿比朵尔、黄连、金银花、连翘、板蓝根)对猪圆环病毒的有效性,为临床用药提供依据。使用PK-15细胞建立抗猪圆环病毒药物的体外筛选模型,采用MTT法检测,然后计算病毒的抑制率。结果显示:金刚烷胺、利巴韦林、盐酸阿比朵尔、黄连、金银花、连翘、板蓝根7种药物的治疗指数分别是124.9,33.8,33.1,13.8,4.1,4.6,5.0。结果表明7种药物在细胞水平上对猪圆环病毒均有抑制作用,而且金刚烷胺和黄连的效果最显著。
To detect the efficacy of antiviral drugs (amantadine, ribavirin, arbidol hydrochlorid, rhizoma coptidis, honeysuckle, fructus forsythiae and isatis root, ) against porcine circovirus with MTT assay, PK-15 cell was used as a model for drug screening against porcine circovirus in vitro. The therapeutic index of amantadine, ribavirin, arbidol hydrochlorid, rhizoma coptidis, honeysuckle, fructus forsythiae and isatis root were 124.9, 33.8, 33.1, 13.8, 4.1, 4.6 and 5.0, respectively. The results indicated that seven drugs could inhibit the prolilication of porcine circovirus at cell level,and the effect of amantadine and rhizoma coptidis were found the most significant.
