肤痔清软膏治疗中度寻常痤疮的疗效观察

Efficacy observation on fuzhiqing ointment in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris

目的观察肤痔清软膏治疗中度寻常痤疮的疗效,为减少抗生素滥用提供依据。方法 150例中度寻常痤疮患者随机分为治疗组(n=75)和对照组(n=75),治疗组外用肤痔清软膏,对照组口服多西环素片,治疗4周后观察疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组的痊愈率(44.00%)和有效率(68.00%)高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肤痔清软膏治疗中度寻常痤疮,疗效好,安全性高,可作为抗生素替代治疗供临床参考应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of fuzhiqing ointment in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris and to provide basis for reducing antibiotic abuse. Methods 150 patients with moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group （n= 75）and control group （n=75）. The patients of treatment group were accepted fuzhiqing ointment for topical use and that of control group were accepted doxycycline for oral use. The efficacy and adverse reaction was observed after treating for 4 weeks. Results The cure rate （44.00%） and effective rate （68.00%） of treatment group was higher than that of control group but the difference had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion For treating moderate acne vulgaris, fuzhiqing ointment has the advantages of good efficacy and high safety. It can be refered to clinical application to replace antibiotics.
