慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血CD8^+ T细胞的KIR3DL1表达的探讨

摘要 目的:检测慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血CD8+T细胞的KIR3DL1表达情况。方法::采用流式细胞术检测慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血CD8+T细胞的KIR3DL1分子表达,并与正常对照组比较。结果:慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血CD8+T细胞的KIR3DL1分子表达明显高于对照组。结论:慢性乙型肝炎患者CD8+T细胞的KIR3DL1表达显著增加。 Objective To test the expression of killer Ig-like receptors 3DL1(KIR3DL1) on the peripheral blood CD8+T lymphocytes in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods KIR3DL1 expression on the peripheral blood CD8+T lymphocytes was detected by flow cytometry in the patients with chronic hepatitis B and normal controls.Results KIR3DL1 expression on the peripheral blood CD8+T lymphocytes in patients with chronic hepatitis B are significantly higher than that of controls.Conclusion The expression of killer Ig-like receptors 3DL1 on the peripheral blood CD8+T lymphocytes increased significantly in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
