摘要
目的:为了探讨乳腺癌骨转移患者血脂和血浆CA15-3联检对早期诊断的临床意义。方法:42例乳腺癌骨转移组、38例乳腺癌无骨转移组患者生化法和电化学发光免疫分析测定了血脂(TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C)水平和血浆CA15-3水平,并与42例乳腺良性病变组进行了对比性研究。结果:38例乳腺癌无骨转移组患者血清TC水平较之42例乳腺良性病变组患者明显降低(P<0.05),而血清TG、HDL-C和LDL-C水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。42例乳腺癌骨转移组患者较之乳腺良性病变组和乳腺癌无骨转移组患者血清TC和HDL-C水平明显降低(P均<0.01和<0.05),而血清TG和LDL-C水平明显增高(P均<0.05)。在血浆CA15-3测定中,38例乳腺癌无骨转移组患者较之42例乳腺良性病变组患者明显增高(P<0.05),42例乳腺癌骨转移组患者较之42例乳腺良性病变组患者非常明显增高(P<0.01),从而显示,血浆CA15-3水平随乳腺癌患者的严重程度而增加。结论:乳腺癌骨转移早期诊断的重要标志是血脂TC和HDL-C水平的明显降低以及血浆CA15-3水平的明显增高。
Objective In order to explore the clinical significance of blood lipid combined with plasma CA15-3 levels determination for early diagnosis of bone metastases in patients with breast cancer.Methods The blood lipid(TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C) and plasma CA15-3 levels were determined in 42 patients with breast cancer of bone metastases and 38 patients with breast cancer without bone metastases by biochemistry and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay.They were done study compared in 42 patients with breast benign diseases.Results The serum TC levels was significantly lower in 38 patients with breast cancer without bone metastases than those in 42 patients with breast benign diseases(P〈0.05),but the TG,HDL-C and LDL-C levels were no significantly difference(P all〉0.05).The serum TC and HDL-C levels were notably lower in 42 patients with breast cancer of bone metastases than that of 42 patients with breast benign diseases and in 38 patients with breast cancer none of metastases(P all〈0.01 and〈0.05),but the serum TG and LDL-C levels were significantly higher(P all〈0.05).In plasma CA15-3 levels determining,the plasma CA15-3 levels was obviously higher in 38 patients with breast cancer of without bone metastases than those in 42 patients with breast benign diseases(P〈0.05),but 42 patients with breast cancer of bone metastases was apparently higher(P〈0.01).This was showed the plasma CA15-3 levels with advanced degree of breast cancer were increased.Conclusion It indicated the important markers for early diagnosis of breast cancer with bone metastases that the serum TC and HDL-C levels were significantly lower,serum TG,LDL-C,and plasma CA15-3 were significantly higher.
