大学图书馆竞争力与馆长素质的相关性分析——基于57所大学图书馆的实证研究

The Relevance Analysis between Curators and the University Library Competitiveness——Empirical Research Base on 57 University

虽然影响大学图书馆综合竞争力的因素众多,但无疑一所大学图书馆馆长的素质是重要的影响因素之一。本文通过整理27所"985"和30所"211"大学的图书馆馆长信息的统计数据,分析了馆长与图书馆综合竞争力的相关性,对提出的若干假设进行了验证。

Although there are many factors influencing the comprehensive competitiveness of university libraries, the cura- torg personal quality is undoubtedly an important one. Based on statistics of university library curators from 27 universities of the ＂ 985 Project＂ and 30 universities of the ＂211 Project＂ , this paper analyzed the relevance between curators and the library competi- tiveness, and verified some proposed hypotheses.
