摘要
馆员的有效激励机制是图书馆人力资源管理的重要研究领域。通过对高校图书馆、公共图书馆馆员调查问卷,发现馆员具有朴素而强烈的酬薪需求、突出的尊重和认可需求、全面成长需求、需求多样性和差异性等特点,并提出了有效的馆员激励对策,包括公平酬薪激励、差异福利激励、尊重和认可激励、全方位成长激励以及快乐工作激励。
The librarian's effective incentive mechanism is the main research field of library human resource management. Through the questionnaire done by librarians of university libraries and public libraries, the author observed that these librarians have a basic and intense compensation requirement, as well as their strong need for respect, recognition, and comprehensive develop- ment. In view of the diversity and differentiation of their needs, this paper has put forward an effective incentive mechanism, inclu- ding equitable pay system, discrepant welfare incentive, respect and recognition inspiration , overall growth encouragement and hap- py working inspiration.
