出口剪是镀锌线的重要设备,它直接关系到全线的运行状态。对它的研究有助于对设备的进一步了解,为维护和检修打下坚实的基础。介绍了出口剪的机械结构及电气组成,控制原理、运行模式及程序设计分析。
As key equipment in exit seeuon of CGL, rotating shear is directly to the whole line＇ s stable running. It＇ s helpful for maintenance and deeply understanding it to research it. The paper introduces its mechanical assembly, the control principle , the operation modes and analyses the programming.
