热轧板坯库自动化系统设计与实现

摘要 连铸和热轧生产工序通过热轧板坯库进行生产的缓冲,其管理水平将直接影响到连铸连轧生产的连续性和成本。以马钢四钢轧总厂热轧板坯库为应用背景,分析了板坯库中存在的问题,研究了出入库优化模型,并运用到项目中,减少库内板坯倒垛次数,统一调度运输链中的辊道和行车进行协同作业,提高了作业响应速度,保证库内各项物流作业及时顺畅地完成。 Slab yard is a buffer between the casting and hot - rolling, the automatic level of slab yard affects the continuity and production costs. Taking MaSteel No. 4 Iron & Steel Plant slab yard of hot - rolling mill as researched object, based on the investigation of the matters of slab yard, the paper researchs optimized technologies of stock management and puts it into project, reduces the number of slab stack shuffling, and schedules rollers and cranes in the transportation chain. The system improves the working efficiency and ensure all logistics operations smoothly finished in time.
