摘要
马钢公司在创建学习效益型班组活动中,取得了可喜的成绩。但从总体上看,发展不平衡。主要表现在:一是对市场经济从表面上看是产品或工程工期、价格、质量的竞争而实质是知识、科技、人才的竞争缺乏认识;二是部分车间未将生产成本指标分解到班组,更没有考核到个人,以致使部分班组和部分职工重视产量而忽视成本;三是基层管理层对硬指标考核严,对职工学习、民主管理等"软指标"考核松,甚至根本没有"软指标"考核。因此,要与时俱进,要紧紧围绕企业生产经营中心,要注意领导重视、抓点带面、建立完善激励机制等几个关键问题。
Maanshan Iron& Steel company created in the effectiveness of learning type group activity, obtained delectable result. But from look on the whole, unbalanced development. Mainly displays in : one is the market economy on the surface is the product or project time limit for a project, quality, price competition and the essence of knowledge talents lack of awareness; two is part of the production , science and technology, the competition of workshop cost index to decompose team and group, no appraisal to individual, team and that part of partial worker seriously yield and ignore the cost ; three is the basic level of management hard index assessment strictly, to staff learning, democratic management“ soft index” evaluation of pine, or even not at all“ soft index” evaluation. Therefore, to keep pace with the times, to manage around company production closely center, attention should be paid to the leader takes seriously, grasping point to face, to establish and perfect the incentive mecha- nism of several key issues.
