摘要
结合首钢京唐高炉生产实践,对高炉炉芯温度的影响因素进行了分析,认为主要因素有:炉底构造、原燃料的质量和构成、装料制度、送风制度、渣铁性能、热制度、炉底冷却制度、出铁情况、喷吹煤粉等。
Taking the production operation of blast furnace in Shougang JingTang United Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. as an exam- ple, the author analyzes the factors which influence blast furnace core temperature, like furnace bottom structure, quality and composition of raw materials and fuels, charging system, blasting system, slag characteristics, hot system, cooling system of furnace bottom, tapping condition as well as pulverized coal injection, etc.
