摘要
以国内某厂3座高炉为例,对高炉炉缸侵蚀特征及产生原因进行了分析总结认为炉缸侵蚀主要原因是,在静压力和剪切力作用下铁水渗透、铁水环流、锌和碱金属化学侵蚀。
Taking three blast furnaces in China as references, the paper analyzes the blast furnace hearth erosion characteristics and reasons and points out such problem is mainly caused by penetration and circulatory flow of hot metal and chemical erosion by zinc and basic metals.
