摘要 研究微波辅助提取无花果多糖的方法,通过单因素和正交试验确定无花果多糖的最佳提取条件。结果表明,无花果多糖的最佳提取工艺为:料液比为1∶50,浸泡时间为60 min,微波功率为640 W,微波时间为3 min。在该条件下,无花果多糖得率为4.65%。 The extraction technology of Ficus carica L. polysaccharide by microwave assistant method is investigated. The effect factors including volume/mass, microwave power, soak time and extraction time are optimized through orthogonal tests on the basic of single factor experiment. The results show that the optimal extracting conditions of microwave assistant technology are as follows: mass/volume ratio 1 : 50, soak time 60 min, power 640 W, and extract time 3 min. Under optimal conditions, the extraction rate of Ficus carica L. polysaccharide is about 4.65%.
