摘要
采用微波法对番木瓜皮中的果胶进行了提取。采用咔唑反应比色法测定果胶含量,通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了各因素对果胶提取率的影响。结果表明,适宜的工艺条件是提取液的pH值为2.0,料液比为1∶25,辐射功率为460 W,辐射时间30 s,提取的果胶产率为20.0%。
The pectin of Paraya peel is extracted using the microwave. With carbazole reaction colorimetry to determine pectin content, the influent factors of single factors and orthogonal tests on the yield of pectin are studied. The results show that the appropriate technical conditions is as follows: pH value 2.0, liquid ratio 1 : 25, microwave power 480 W and extraction time 30 s, and the extract yield of pectin is 20.0%.
