摘要 通过气相色谱内标法测定黄酒中β-苯乙醇含量的整个过程进行研究,分析测量过程的不确定度来源,并且对不确定度的各个分量进行评估和合成。结果表明,标样和重复性操作引入的不确定度分量是影响β-苯乙醇含量测定不确定度的主要原因,当β-苯乙醇含量为68.001 mg/L时,扩展不确定度为3.265 mg/L。该样品中β-苯乙醇含量的测量结果为C=(68.001±3.265)mg/L,k=2,P=95%。 To study the uncertainty of phenethanol determination in Chinese rice wine,we study the testing process in order to determine the major source of uncertainty.We subsequently evaluate and synthesize each component of uncertainty.As the content of phenethanol is 68.0001 mg/L,the expanded uncertainty is 3.265 mg/L.The result of phenethanol content can be expressed as follows: C=(68.001±3.265)mg/L,k=2,P=95%.
